Our Story

Villa Azur is a French hospitality brand of luxury restaurants that brings the vibe of the Southern France along with its epicurean spirit. 

Created in the heart of Miami Beach in 2012 by French entrepreneurs Paul Breuza, Jean-Philippe Bernard and Michael Martin, the first Villa Azur restaurant became a must-visit address in Miami's new dining golden era. Empowered by this Miami success, the long time friends started exporting their concept worldwide, opening Villa Azur restaurants in the world’s most vibrant cities, such as Mexico City - Polanco, Saint-Tropez in  France, Bodrum in Turkey, and Las Vegas coming soon.
